Accessibility statement
We want this site to work for everybody, however you browse. It is built to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. If any part of it falls short of that, we want to hear about it.
What we have done
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, and the focus is always visible.
- Every photograph has a text description.
- Colour is never the only way information is given. Every badge carries a word as well as a colour.
- The site is usable at 400% zoom and on a 320-pixel-wide screen without scrolling sideways.
- Video never plays automatically with sound, and if you have asked your device to reduce motion, nothing moves until you press play.
- Forms label every field, explain every error in words, and list what needs fixing at the top when a submission fails.
Getting the same information another way
Everything on this website is also available on the phone. If a page will not work for you, ring 0333 577 0020 and we will read you the description, the specification and the price, and answer anything the page was meant to answer.
We can send photographs by WhatsApp on +44 7786 110096, or by email, whichever suits you better.
